Day 236: January 22, 2013

Today was officially the coldest day of the year, as we were greeted on our first day back to school after the holiday weekend with a blistering cold front coming in from the Arctic. The weather board in our Law Library shows that it was a bright and sunny morning, and a full six degrees fahrenheit. But don't worry, a few hours later that afternoon the temperatures reached the daily high of a sweltering eighteen degrees. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the warmer afternoon at the pool because we all had class. And now we are marching back down towards six for the overnight low. Tomorrow should be better though, as we have a warm front moving in and the weatherman says the temperatures should reach as high as the 20s! If only that warm front could bring some snow with it!
